D NUT
This is the most popular and preferred insert
nut for assemblies in knock down furniture.
These insert nuts can be directly screwed,
in a pre drilled pilot hole, with the help
of allen key. It has selftap threads on the
outer, and can be driven into the Base Material
of a furniture assembly. The internal threads
ensure any Joint Connectors Bolts to be secured
in for assembly.
The Unique external thread ensures positive
locking and offers strong resistance against
pull out due to Vibration, Torsion or Tensile
loads. It also has a neat flange, which prevents
chip-out and also can flush with surface too. |
